Canevel means "little wine cellar"  in Venetian dialect! This beautiful winery is based in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. It was founded in 1979 by the Caramel family and the estate is now managed by next-generation Carlo Caramel. Canevel counts on a fine collection of Prosecco Cru grapes that are scattered throughout the villages of Saccol, Vidor and Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene.
