Set between the steep slopes of the Pyrenees, the foothills of the Cévennes, the Mediterranean coast and the right bank of the Rhone River, the vineyards of the Languedoc benefit from an incredible diversity of soil types and climates.

Laurent Delaunay knows these terroirs like the back of his hand, having travelled extensively throughout the region in search of small plots of old vines growing at high altitudes in some of the region’s finest appellations: Corbières, Minervois, Faugères, and Limoux.

Rounded stones shaped by torrents swollen by powerful Cevenol storms, sandstone, marls, limestone scree and schist compose the sun-baked, windswept terraces which characterize the harsh natural environment in which the grapes that give our wines their powerful character and Mediterranean typicity are the only form of vegetation that thrive.

Inspired by the wealth of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s terroirs, Laurent and winemaker Hilde Chavillot believe in the tremendous potential of its vineyards which can produce wines capable of rivaling the world’s greatest crus.

They have managed to domesticate this untamed power and are pleased to offer wine lovers a unique taste experience with these character wines that feature complexity, balance and freshness, and beautifully packaged in distinctive bottles.
